Jean, our salesperson, was very easy to work with and offered some great suggestions to fine-tune the design further to meet our desires. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable in getting the project going, looking over the lot, and working through some issues we had with the subsoil. He was a valuable resource for us throughout the project. Robb was a very good field supervisor as he kept the various subcontractors on a consistent schedule from start to finish. There was very little “down time” and whenever an issue arose, he took care of it. He kept good communication with us and was very responsive whenever we had questions. Mary was extremely valuable in guiding us with our various selections for the interior and exterior, including paint, carpet, wall materials, etc.

In general we’ve been very pleased with the various contractors that built our home. Many of them are incredible craftspeople who take great pride in their workmanship. The office staff of Bonnie, Amy, Luann, etc. have all been very friendly and helpful throughout the process. In many ways they made us feel like part of the Trustway family.

We’ve been in our home for two months now, and as expected, have needed a few minor repairs, which the contractors have resolved promptly. There are a few others that we’ll have taken care of at the one year warranty, which is also a great feature, and attests to your caring for our complete satisfaction.
